PART 1: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

By entering this site and accessing www.AzGreyGhost.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. User Accounts & Conduct

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. By using this site, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

Account Termination

To help protect our customers and comply with applicable laws, AzGreyGhost Trading Co reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud or attempted illegal straw purchases.

3. Intellectual Property

Company Property

All original content on this site—including the AzGreyGhost Trading Co name, logo, website design, graphics, and written content—is the exclusive property of AzGreyGhost Trading Co and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

Third-Party Property

Certain trademarks, logos, product images, and manufacturer descriptions displayed on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and authorized dealer purposes.

Prohibited Use

No content from this site may be copied, reproduced, scraped, distributed, or reused without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

4. Accuracy of Third-Party Information

Some product specifications, descriptions, and images are provided directly by manufacturers or distributors. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, AzGreyGhost Trading Co cannot guarantee that all third-party information is completely accurate, complete, or error-free.

If a significant discrepancy occurs, our liability is limited to accepting the return of the item in accordance with our Return Policy, provided the firearm transfer has not yet been completed through the receiving FFL.

5. Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers

FFL Requirement

All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

Shipping Logistics

Some firearms cannot be shipped directly from distributors. In these cases, AzGreyGhost Trading Co may route shipments through our headquarters in Wickenburg, Arizona before forwarding them to your selected FFL dealer. This process may add approximately 1–4 business days to shipping times.

Inspection Policy

Please carefully inspect all firearms at your local FFL dealer before completing any transfer paperwork.

Final Sale Policy

Once the ATF Form 4473 transfer process has been completed and the firearm has been transferred to you by the receiving FFL, the sale is considered final and the firearm cannot be returned.

6. Returns & Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee, along with any original shipping costs, may apply to orders returned for any of the following reasons:

• The purchaser does not pass the NICS background check.
• The purchased item is restricted or prohibited in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.
• The purchaser refuses delivery or fails to pick up the shipment from the receiving FFL.

Ammunition Sales

For safety and regulatory reasons, all ammunition sales are final.

7. Purchaser Responsibility

While we provide tools and resources to help customers understand state and local firearm laws, it remains the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure that any item ordered is legal to own in their jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

AzGreyGhost Trading Co is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or death resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased through this site.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this site or purchases made through it shall be handled in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

 

PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

To process orders and provide customer support, we may collect the following information:

• Name
• Billing and shipping address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Selected FFL dealer contact information

2. Use of Data & Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember age-verification status
• Maintain shopping cart functionality
• Improve website performance and user experience

Customer information is used to:

• Process and fulfill orders
• Prevent fraudulent transactions
• Comply with applicable ATF record-keeping requirements, including Bound Book regulations

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We respect your privacy and do not sell or rent customer information.

Information may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary to complete transactions, including:

• Payment processors
• Shipping carriers
• FFL dealers involved in transfers

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, subpoena, mandatory audit, or lawful request from the ATF or other authorized law enforcement agencies.

4. Data Security

We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing to help protect customer information.

For security reasons, full credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

PART 3: SHIPPING & RETURNS SUMMARY
 

Firearm Shipping

All firearms must ship to an FFL dealer. Some items may route through our Arizona location, which can add 1–4 business days to delivery times.

Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition ships via ground service only. No P.O. Box deliveries. All ammunition sales are final.

Firearm Inspection

Please inspect firearms carefully before completing the ATF Form 4473 transfer.

No Returns After Transfer

Once the firearm transfer is completed by your dealer, the sale is final.

Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee, along with all applicable shipping charges, will apply to orders involving NICS denials, refused shipments, items restricted in the purchaser’s jurisdiction, or any order that is refused, unclaimed, or otherwise abandoned by the purchaser.
